Roadmap and release notes
Clear status builds trust.
This page separates currently operational, partially operational, pilot-ready, roadmap, and conceptual capability so clients can evaluate ComplyCore without maturity overstatement.
Currently operational
Working capability in the ComplyCore evaluation build
Maturity classification
Claims that need careful wording
The current build applies application-level tenant scoping, tenant-specific users, filtered records, and cross-tenant write prevention. Formal row-level security, penetration testing, and independent assurance are not yet documented.
Role permissions exist for screens and write actions in the evaluation build. Enterprise SSO, MFA policies, and external identity governance remain configuration or roadmap work.
Record history, creator/latest editor details, downloads, login events, and administrative events are captured in the app. Immutable audit storage and retention controls still need production hardening.
The current API stores records in SQLite-backed application storage for evaluation. Managed PostgreSQL, tenant-aware constraints, migration controls, and database recovery tests are roadmap production work.
Manual backup export/restore and a recovery runbook are available for pilot discussion. Automated encrypted backups, restore ownership, restore testing, RTO, and RPO must be validated before enterprise use.
Integration records and controlled event capture can be evaluated during a pilot. Live client connectors need credentials, mapping, security review, and system-owner approval.
Email reminders, scheduled jobs, escalations, overdue workflows, and recurring review reminders should be added as tested production services.
Cleaning evidence files, photos, completed checklists, ATP swab results, allergen swab results, and verification attachments should be linked to controlled records through tenant-scoped storage.
Expanded pattern detection, trend scoring, recurring-loss alerts, and deeper operational intelligence are planned beyond the current pilot build.
Automatic cross-system decisions, predictive dispatching, or autonomous closure actions are concept-level ideas only and should not be presented as product capability.
Release discipline
How ComplyCore should continue maturing
Buyer clarity and pilot readiness
Keep improving the public website, onboarding, pilot scope, user guidance, and the first 15 seconds of product understanding.
Security, database, files, reminders, and backups
Move from evaluation storage to managed production services with tenant isolation controls, evidence storage, audit-log retention, and recovery controls that are tested and documented.
Configured integrations and governance
Connect external systems only after the client's data ownership, credentials, mappings, security expectations, and operating workflows are agreed.
Next step
Use the roadmap during pilot evaluation.
The roadmap helps clients separate what they can test now from what should be configured for production rollout.
